PMMA Temporary crowns

Our PMMA Temporary Crowns are precision-milled in our Talladium U.S.-based facility from high-quality PMMA material, designed for durable, reliable temporary restorations. Orders can be customized as screw-retained, with or without a titanium base. When selected, all titanium bases are Glidwell Inclusive®, and each implant screw-retained crown includes one final screw with the purchase of a titanium base.

We offer two PMMA options to meet different clinical needs:

• Shaded PMMA: Solid-shaded material that provides consistent strength and a natural temporary appearance. Ideal for standard provisional restorations where durability and fit are the primary priorities.
  

• Multi-Layer PMMA: Features a gradient of natural tooth shades for enhanced esthetics, closely mimicking the color transitions of a natural tooth. This option is perfect for anterior temporaries or cases where the provisional will be visible for an extended period.
  

All PMMA crowns are delivered unfinished, giving your lab full control to refine contours, margins, and polish or glaze the restoration for final delivery to the patient.
